A small garnet hand wrapped in sterling silver wire

This pendant is roughly 1 inch tall.

Garnet is rooted in ancient history and comes from the Latin word ‘granatum’, meaning pomegranate: a reference to its intense red color that resembles the glistening, deep red seeds of the fruit.

The Garnet crystal was cherished by early medieval jewellers who often incorporated the stone into everything from rings and brooches to buckles and necklaces. Even then, it was more than just a fashion statement but was thought of as a protective talisman against negative energy.

Comes with an 18" sterling silver diamond cut curb chain & polishing cloth

Every effort has been made to represent this piece as accurately as possible, however due to screen resolutions, colours may differ slightly.
